Cat Tien National Park has its own beauty of each season, depending on what you want to see. Dry season (November to June) is very convenient to explore the jungle and wildlife. Rainy season (July to October) is perfect for lake activities and teambuilding activities as the weather is cooler and the greens are growing back.
There are leeches in the jungles during rainy season but they are not poisonous and don’t carry any risk of disease. We do offer leech socks and leech repellent for clients before your trek. There are no leeches on the Longhouse grounds.
Your personal items like clothes and toilet bags are essential. Please see in the Gear list for details.
